At StockyardX, we take pride in our artisanal leather craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the leather goods you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original protective dust bags and shipping box to ensure the leather remains unscratched and pristine during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned leather, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
